Shipping Policy

At Prima Ad Astra, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience possible, including clear and transparent shipping information. Below, you'll find all the details regarding our shipping process:

Order Processing:

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
  • Business Days: We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Any orders placed after 12 PM CST on a business day will begin processing the next business day.

Please note that these are estimated shipping times, and while we strive to meet these estimates, delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs processing, carrier delays, etc.). Additionally, shipping locations outside of the continental US may take longer.

Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can monitor your shipment’s progress from dispatch to delivery.

Undeliverable Packages:

  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, or because the package was unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Any additional shipping fees in these cases will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid delays or returned packages.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Once the carrier has marked the package as delivered, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or contact the shipping carrier for more information.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders):

  • International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about these fees. Prima Ad Astra is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
